In December 2023, the Economic Investigation Brigade of the Ganzhou Branch received a report from Zha Mou, a resident of **Latse County, that he was defrauded by a contract in Zhangye and requested investigation and punishment. After receiving the report, the police of the Economic Investigation Brigade quickly conducted an inspection. After investigation, in May 2023, Zha Moumou was introduced to Ye Moumou, a resident of the district, Ye Moumou held a false online signing contract, falsely claiming that he had obtained the general contracting right of the new energy installation project of a group's photovoltaic power generation industrial park, and then signed a contract with Zha Moumou on the grounds of subcontracting the project, and received a contract performance fee of 100,000 yuan from Za. Later, it was found that Ye Moumou's project was a false project, and after the matter was revealed, Ye Moumou refused to return the performance fee and disappeared. After being summoned, the criminal suspect Ye Moumou arrived at the case and confessed to the facts of his crime. At present, the criminal suspect Ye Moumou has been taken criminal compulsory measures by the Ganzhou Branch of the Zhangye Municipal Public Security Bureau in accordance with the law, and the case is being further investigated.
