System composition.
The training environment of this project is composed of FANUC robot body, controller, teaching pendant, training table, laser engraving module, palletizing handling module, asynchronous conveyor belt module, servo station module, three-dimensional warehouse module, assembly positioning module, end effector, programming computer, touch screen, alarm indicator, pneumatic components, PLC, electrical board, cable, panel button and other parts, as shown in Figure 8-8.
Table 8-3 is shown for the module composition.
Hardware configuration. In addition to the wiring introduced in the previous chapters, the system wiring also includes the wiring between the PLC and the master control signal, and the wiring between the PLC and the robot.
1.Wiring of the PLC and the master control signal.
The system realizes the functions of starting, stopping, emergency stop and status indication through the connection between the external button and the PLC, and its wiring is shown in Table 8-4.
2.Wiring between the PLC and the robot.
The wiring between the PLC and the robot is mainly used to realize the external control of the robot, such as starting, stopping, motor power-on, alarm reset, etc., and detect the running or working status of the robot at the same time, and its connection is shown in Table 8-5.
