If your Bluetooth device is successfully connected but there is no sound, here are a few possible solutions:

Restart the audio service: In Windows 10, there are two services responsible for audio output - Windows Audio and Windows Audio Endpoint Builder. Use shortcut keyswin+rRunservices.mscGo to the system service operation interface, check whether the two services are running, and if so, try to restart the two services.

Bluetooth troubleshooting: In Windows 11, you can run the troubleshooter for Bluetooth and audio through Settings >Update & Security >Troubleshooter". This can help you diagnose and resolve the issue.

Reconnect your Bluetooth device: Delete the currently connected device in the Bluetooth settings, and then turn the pairing mode of the earphones back on to connect. If it's USB Bluetooth, you can try unplugging it and plugging it back in.

Check the Bluetooth device properties: In Windows 11, open the Bluetooth device properties and try adjusting the settings, such as turning off the hands-free service, or changing the settings.

Turn off the Energy Saving option: Especially for laptop users, try turning off the energy saving option, sometimes the energy saving mode can affect the performance of Bluetooth devices.

If none of the above fixes the issue, you may want to consider updating or reinstalling the Bluetooth driver, or contact your device manufacturer for further assistance. When trying these workarounds, make sure to follow the how-to guide to avoid further damage to the device.
