4.Closely observe the peripheral blood circulation of the lower limbs, and observe the pulse of the dorsalis pedis artery, ** color, skin temperature, and whether there is pain or sensory disturbance in the lower limbs on the puncture side. Pale toes, severe calf pain, and dysesthesia suggest arterial embolism or hematoma formation at the puncture site.
