The beauty glue gun is a tool used for the construction of caulk, which is usually used to fill and seal tile gaps. When using a sewing applicator, you can follow these steps:
Preparation: Make sure the area to be caulked is clean, dust-free, and dry.
Choose the right beauty grout according to your needs, usually the beauty grout is available in a variety of colors to match the color of the tile.
Loading sewing agent:
Open the push rod release mechanism of the sewing glue gun, usually the trigger that pulls the handle or the knob that rotates the tail of the gun.
Insert the sewing agent (usually a hose or hard tube) into the applicator.
Push the actuator back into place, making sure it is in contact with the tail of the sewing agent.
Cut open the mouth of the sewing agent:
Using special scissors or a razor blade, cut the tip of the sewing agent as needed. The size and shape of the cut will affect the amount of glue and the caulking.
Start caulking: Aim the mouth of the sewing gun with the gap.
Gently squeeze the trigger of the applicator to allow the sewing agent to flow evenly into the gap.
Move the applicator and slowly advance along the gap to ensure that the gap fills adequately.
If you find that the caulk is not flat or firm enough, you can use a specialized caulking tool or wet fingers (gloves are recommended) to smooth and compact.
Clean up excess sewing agent:
Before the grout cures, remove any excess grout that has spilled or been accidentally applied to the surface of the tile.
You can use a damp cloth or sponge to clean up.
Curing the sewing agent:
After the caulking is done, leave enough time for the sewing agent to cure. The curing time is usually clearly indicated on the product leaflet.
Finishing work: After the sewing agent is cured, check the work effect, and make corrections or supplements if necessary.
Clean the applicator to make sure there is no remaining sewing agent left in the body for next use.
Note: During use, in order to ensure the quality of construction and personal safety, it is recommended to wear appropriate protective equipment, such as work gloves and dust masks. At the same time, make sure that the work area is well ventilated to avoid inhaling the smell of the sewing agent for a long time.
