Permalloy has excellent soft magnetic properties and an initial permeability of 375 125mh m, permeability m can reach 125 375mh m, and coercivity hc is 08a m, resistivity is 60 85 ยท cm. The alloy is melted in a vacuum induction furnace and deformed by hot and cold plastic to form cold-rolled strip, cold-drawn wire rod or hot-rolled (forged) plate and bar. It is used to make audio transformers, transformers, magnetic amplifiers, magnetic modulators, chokes, audio heads, etc.

The main magnetic properties of 1J85 soft magnetic alloy are:

1) Low coercivity (HC) and hysteresis loss (Wh).

2) The resistivity ( ) is high and the eddy current loss (WE) is low

3) The initial permeability (0) and permeability (m) are high;Some alloys maintain a constant permeability (b h) in the low magnetic field range;

4) High saturation magnetic inductance (BS);

5) The hysteresis loop of some alloys is rectangular, and the rectangular shape is higher than that of the remanence magnetic inductance (BR BM). These magnetic properties are closely related to the structural state and composition of the alloy.

Performance characteristics of 1J85 permalloy.

1J85 permalloy has the following characteristics:

The Curie temperature of primary 1J85 permalloy is 410, and the saturation induction intensity is 08t, resistivity 55 cm.

It has high magnetic permeability (74 82) and very low coercivity and loss values.

It is sensitive to weak signals, and its resistivity is higher than that of class 1J79.

Saturation magnetic induction is low, but technically has achievable permeability and very low coercivity values.

The effect of stress on magnetism is significant.

Alloy 1J85 is a soft magnetic alloy, commonly known as ultrapermalloy. The alloy has a high initial permeability p and a maximum permeability i in a lower magnetic field, and the saturation magnetic induction intensity bs and lower coercivity hc make it easy to process into thin bands.

In weak magnetic fields, the most widely used are magnetic heads, iron cores, magnetic conductors, magnetic shields, sensors, etc. The magnetic properties of 1J85 strip can meet the needs of the national standard YB T086-1996, but there is still a certain gap between high-performance domestic products and imported materials (see Table 1). Therefore, it is of great significance to explore a process factor to improve the magnetic properties of 1J85 and enhance its market competitiveness.
