Industrial oxygen concentrators, also known as air separation equipment (referred to as air separation equipment), have many types, and there are many different types according to different classification methods. The pressure swing adsorption oxygen production unit equipment uses high-quality zeolite molecular sieve as the adsorbent, and uses the principle of pressure swing adsorption to obtain oxygen directly from compressed air. When the adsorbed nitrogen and other impurities in the adsorption tower reach a certain level, the pressure is reduced to desorb the zeolite molecular sieve, which is the regeneration of the adsorbent and can be recycled. 1. To control the impurities brought in by the unclean air, it is necessary to ensure that the purifier is working normally and the molecular sieve is in good operating condition.
2. Prevent the pyrolysis products of the lubricating oil of the air compressor or expander from being brought into the distillation tower.
3. The air intake is far away from acetylene or other production sites where hydrocarbon products are produced.
4. Ensure that the oil-water separator works normally.
5. All kinds of pipes, valves, flanges, gaskets, fasteners, etc. used in the fractionation tower must be standard parts that meet safety regulations, and the construction and installation units must be qualified operating units.
6. Oxygen production post operators belong to special operations personnel, and must participate in safety training of relevant departments and pass the assessment for on-the-job operation.
7. The operation of the oxygen production post shall strictly implement the relevant safety operation procedures, discharge liquid oxygen regularly, and shall not operate with overtemperature, pressure and overload.
