Strategic work is related to the future development of the enterprise, and Huang Fang, chairman of EDC headhunting, personally presided over the meeting. Gong Li, general manager of EDC headhunting, directors of functional departments such as marketing department, investment promotion department, customer resources department, business school, technology department, digital intelligence department, and comprehensive department, as well as general managers of Foshan, Dongguan, Jiangmen and other subsidiaries attended the meeting.
Huang Fang, chairman of the board, said in her speech that in 2016, EDC headhunters started their first transformation, giving up traditional headhunting orders and focusing on allocating core executives for enterprises in a customized way. This transformation and upgrading has supported the rapid development of EDC headhunting in the past seven years, and also laid a solid foundation for the next strategic improvement of EDC headhunting. In 2024, as a key year for the development of EDC headhunting, EDC headhunting will once again carry out strategic upgrades, go out of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, go to the whole country, and challenge customers with 1 million to 10 million annual salaries across the country. The 2024 annual strategic seminar is standing at this new starting point, based on multi-dimensional, to ensure that all EDC people can unify their thoughts, goals and actions with the company, keep up with the company's strategic footsteps, and realize the company's new strategic layout.
Subsequently, the strategy seminar entered the sub-topic discussion session: this strategy seminar used SWOT analysis and brainstorming method, and the participating executives focused on the five topics of "branding, marketing, delivery, management, and efficiency". According to the SWOT analysis method, the brainstorming method is used for the four dimensions of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, that is, everyone shares their own views and does not refute the opinions of others, and the decision-makers of the meeting make directional decisions after listening to everyone's speeches. After the direction is decided, the business adjustment and plan implementation will be discussed.
After a six-hour discussion, the participants reached a preliminary consensus on the strategy for 2024. Next, the personnel of the relevant departments will refine and decompose the objectives according to the strategic consensus and the tasks of the functional departments or subsidiaries they are responsible for, and put forward more specific work ideas and strategies.
