It is reported that at present, 20 elevators have been installed in the old residential areas of Xian'an District, benefiting 200 residents, and another 41 have been approved or are under construction. It is planned to invest 10 million yuan in awards and subsidies within three years, mobilize residents to contribute 40 million yuan, and install 100 new elevators, benefiting 1,000 residents.
