In order to deeply study and implement Xi the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, further improve the health awareness of the first department's employees, spread the concept of health, and advocate healthy behaviors, recently, Jiulishan Overrun Station invited Zhao Xiaoqing, a lecturer at the Shaanxi Station of the Safety and Health Education Network, to hold a special knowledge lecture on "caring for life and 'saving' around", and all the staff on the station participated in this lecture.
At the lecture, lecturer Zhao Xiaoqing taught health and safety knowledge to the participants around the operation of cardiopulmonary resuscitation, the prevention of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, and the prevention of chronic occupational diseases. When introducing the content of cardiopulmonary resuscitation first aid, Zhao Xiaoqing explained in detail how to seize the "first four minutes" for first aid, and interacted with the audience on the spot, showing the complete CPR process through action demonstrations and courseware.
The lecture was rich in content, close to reality, and had strong professionalism, pertinence and operability, and everyone generally said that they benefited a lot. In the next step, Jiulishan Overrun Station will continue to increase health publicity and education, enhance the awareness of personnel health management, continue to care for the health of cadres and employees, and serve the work of over-control with a fuller state.
