Waterproofing sheet, also known as waterproofing membrane, is a building material that prevents liquid penetration. It is widely used in tunnels, subways, embankments, artificial lakes, roofs and other waterproof projects. According to different materials, waterproof boards can be divided into polymer waterproof boards and metal waterproof boards. This section mainly introduces the production process of polymer material waterproof board.
1. Preparation of raw materials
PVC powder (polyvinyl chloride).
Plasticizer. Stabilizers.
Anti-ultraviolet agent.
Fillers. Other additives.
Second, the production process
1. Raw material ratio.
According to the requirements of the product, PVC powder, plasticizer, stabilizer, anti-ultraviolet agent, filler and other raw materials are mixed in proportion.
2. Stir at high speed.
Put the prepared raw materials into a high-speed mixer and stir thoroughly to make various substances evenly mixed.
3. Plasticizing extrusion.
The homogeneous raw material is fed into the plasticizing extruder, and the material is heated and plasticized into a paste in the extruder.
4. Roll forming.
The plasticized material is extruded through the extruder head and enters the rolling press with three or more rollers, and becomes a waterproof board by rolling molding.
5. Cooling and shaping.
The formed waterproof board enters the cooling device for cooling and shaping to ensure the dimensional stability of the waterproof board.
6. Cropping. According to the need, the cooled waterproof board is cut and cut to the specified size.
7. Inspection. The quality inspection of the cut waterproof board is carried out, including thickness, width, tensile strength, puncture resistance, etc.
8. Coiling. The qualified waterproof plate is automatically coiled to form a coil.
9. Packaging. Wrap the rolled waterproof sheet and use protective film to avoid damage during transportation.
10. Storage.
Packaged waterproofing sheets need to be stored in a dry, ventilated warehouse away from direct sunlight.
3. Quality control
Quality control is very critical throughout the production process. This includes the quality control of raw materials, the monitoring of parameters at all stages of the production process, and the quality testing of the final product.
The production of waterproofing is a delicate and standardized process that involves the mixing of chemical materials, physical processing and strict quality control. The correct production process can ensure the quality and performance of the waterproofing board and meet the needs of various engineering waterproofing.
