How does the Selective Service Act provide for Selective Service registration?
Article 15 of the Military Service Law of the People's Republic of China clearly stipulates that male citizens who have reached the age of 18 before December 31 of each year shall register for military service for the first time in accordance with the arrangements of the military service organs in that year.
Solicitation and age
In the first half of the year, young men were recruited.
High school (including technical secondary school, vocational high school, technical school) graduates and above education level of young people (including college students), aged 18 to 22 (born between January 1, 2002 and December 31, 2006);
Graduates of ordinary colleges and universities, and graduating students who meet the graduation requirements in the first half of the year, must be at least 18 to 24 years old
Graduate graduates and current students are relaxed to 26 years old;
Young men who have graduated from junior high school and are at least 18 to 20 years old.
Registration Period
Application for the first half of the year:
December 1, 2023 to February 18, 2024 at 6 p.m.
Application for the second half of the year:
December 1, 2023 to August 10, 2024 at 6 p.m.
