At present, the so-called graded slurry pumps in China include AH(R) HH M type slurry pumps and G GH type gravel pumps.
Today, let's talk about the structure of the fractionation slurry pump.
Structural characteristics of fractionated slurry pump.
The AH(R) HH M slurry pump is a horizontal, double-case, axial suction centrifugal slurry pump.
The main components are: bearing assembly, stuffing box, pump body, sheath, pump cover, impeller, rear guard plate, rear guard plate, bracket (please refer to the structural diagram of the fractional slurry pump).
The structure of the AHR slurry pump is the same as that of the AH slurry pump, except that the overflow parts are made of rubber.
The outlet of the pump can be rotated in 8 directions within 360°, every 45° for installation.
Graded slurry pumps can convey lightly abrasive slurries as well as highly abrasive slurries.
When the speed of the pump is less than 60% of the maximum transfer rate and the outlet flow of the pump is less than 8ms, the high wear slurry can be conveyed.
On the contrary, at high speeds, high heads, and high flows, light abrasive slurries can be conveyed.
Observe. Strong abrasive slurry refers to the solid particle size from ferrous ore and non-ferrous metal mine, 01mm, 5% of the volume concentration in the tailings and concentrate extracted from the power plant slurry.
Light refining refers to a particle size of less than 01mm, slurry with a volume concentration of less than 5 %, pulverized coal slurry and power plant mortar.
AHR is suitable for conveying slurries with small particle size, no sharp particles and high concentrations, and can also convey highly corrosive slurries.
The AH(R) HH M slurry pump has two shaft seals: packing and impeller. If the user has special requirements, he can also switch to mechanical seals.
There is also a special grading slurry pump, the G GH type gravel pump. This pump is a horizontal, single-case, axial suction centrifugal slurry pump.
The pump body and the pump cover are connected by a special clamping device, so that the water outlet of the pump can rotate arbitrarily within the range of 360°.
G GH type gravel pumps generally convey large particles of highly abrasive slurry. It has very good cavitation properties and large suction. It is widely used in working conditions with high requirements for pump cavitation. It is often used on dredgers. Dredging, river dredging, power plant ash conveying and after ironmaking furnaces**.
G GH pumps are available in three sealing forms: packing, secondary impeller and mechanical seal.
