(2) Guardian service operating procedures
1.Develop a guardianship plan.
2.Formulate a protection plan according to the characteristics of the protection target, the surrounding environment, and other situations that may endanger the target.
3.The guardian plan shall be approved by the customer unit, and the guard plan for key public security units and major activities shall be approved by the competent department at a higher level.

5.Guarding the implementation of duties.
1) Fixed positions.

(3) Handling of emergencies
1.Unrelated personnel who want to enter the guarded area in violation of the regulations should be discouraged;For those who do not listen to the dissuasion, they should be resolutely stopped and promptly reported to the customer unit or relevant departments for handling.
2.If an unlicensed vehicle wants to enter the guarded area, it should signal it to stop, and if it does not obey the command and forcibly enter, it should be reported to the customer unit or relevant departments immediately, and note down the vehicle type, brand number, color and other characteristics.
3.If an illegal infringement is discovered, measures should be taken immediately to stop it, and the wrongdoer should be sent to the customer unit or public security organ, and on-site protection should be done.
4.In the event of fire, ** and other disasters, the police should be reported immediately and the customer unit should be notified in time. Take proactive measures.
