On October 20, 2020, a natural gas company and a real estate company signed a gas pipeline installation contract for Building 1, which has construction conditions. A natural gas company fulfilled its construction obligations in accordance with the contract, and a real estate company also paid the installation fee in accordance with the contract. In September 2022, in order to protect people's livelihood, under the coordination and leadership of the housing and construction department, a natural gas company constructed and installed the natural gas pipeline project of Building 2 in the community, and now the natural gas pipeline of the building has been accepted and filed and has been delivered to users for normal use. The supporting fee for this project of a natural gas company was 236589 yuan, but a real estate company did not pay it. Subsequently, a natural gas company filed a lawsuit with the court, requesting a real estate company to pay a supporting fee of 236589 yuan to a natural gas company.
After trial, the court held that the agreement signed between a natural gas company and a real estate company was an expression of the true intentions of both parties and was legal and valid. The plaintiff, a natural company, had actually fulfilled its contractual obligations, and a real estate company should pay a natural gas installation fee of 236589 yuan to a natural gas company for Building 1.
