The calculation of the early scrapping time of the vehicle is the mandatory scrapping date of the vehicle minus the actual scrapping date of the vehicle (subject to the "delivery date" on the "Scrapped Motor Vehicle ** Certificate"). Natural scrapping, more than the national mandatory scrapping time, traffic accidents and other direct scrapping of vehicles, as well as the date of implementation of these measures (inclusive) all transfer vehicles including Hefei counties (cities, districts) between the transfer of vehicles are not within the scope of the subsidy.
If the old operating truck is registered in the urban area (excluding four counties and one city), the subsidy funds shall be paid by the municipal finance in advance, and the municipal and district finances shall bear the ratio of 5:5;If the registration place is Feidong County, Feixi County, Changfeng County, Lujiang County, and Chaohu City, the subsidy funds shall be borne by the county-level finance.

3.
