On December 13th, the special lecture tour of "Continuing the Red Blood and Promoting the Spirit of Hongyan" entered Wuxi, Chongqing, and the activity carried forward the spirit of Hongyan, inherited the red gene and continued the red blood through theme exhibitions and Hongyan revolutionary story performances.
Wuxi is rich in red resources and is the first line of the Red Army into Sichuan. On December 15, 1932, the main force of the Red Third Army led by ** entered Wuxi County through Jixinling and from Wuyan Ancient Road. The Red Army spent five days in Wuxi, passing through seven towns and towns, traveling more than 700 miles, overthrowing the local tyrants and inferior gentry, distributing grain to the poor, propagating revolutionary ideas to the common people, and sown the fire of revolution in the land of Bayu.
At the donation ceremony of Hongyan martyrs' cultural and historical materials held on the same day, Chong**yan Cultural Center donated 6 sets of Hongyan martyrs' cultural and historical materials to Wuxi County, including a group photo of Jiang Zhuyun's martyr's family (**Peng Yongwu's martyr's student certificate (printout), "Slender Pen Lyrics" (publication) and other paper documents, these precious materials not only record the arduous revolutionary years, but also warn future generations not to forget history, keep in mind the original intention and mission.
The theme exhibition is composed of four parts: "Rock-solid ideals and beliefs", "Patriotic feelings of harmony", "Indomitable awe-inspiring fighting spirit" and "Unyielding Heroic Righteousness", and reproduces the spiritual characteristics of Hongyan in the new era with 40 vivid stories of the Hongyan Revolution. With the introduction of the narrator, the revolutionary stories such as going to Chongqing for negotiations and meeting patriotic overseas Chinese were presented to the citizens one by one, and at the same time, the citizens also learned about the heroic epics of a group of revolutionary martyrs such as He Jingping and Li Qinglin who dedicated their lives to the country and the nation.
Subsequently, the Chongyan Revolution Historical and Cultural Center brought a theme education special repertoire - Hongyan Revolution Story Performance, "My Cultivation Principles", "Red Girl** - Zhang Luping", "Qinyuan Spring Snow", "Eight Opinions in Prison", "Aoxue Red Plum", "Embroidered Red Flag" and other plays were staged in turn, through speaking, reciting, exhibiting, acting and other popular art forms, showing the glorious deeds of the older generation of proletarian revolutionaries, as well as the heroic feats of Hongyan heroes such as Zhang Luping and Jiang Zhuyun.
This performance is to tell history with cultural relics and life with history. Bai Shuangquan, the chief director of this exhibition, introduced that the history that has been artistically processed will be presented to the audience, and the audience can draw spiritual strength from it.
