On December 20, the 33rd law popularization station of Fangshan Court was successfully listed in the South Guangyang City community.
Since the completion of the simultaneous listing of the first batch of "Law Popularization Post Stations" in Beijing Court in September 2022, the Fangshan Court Law Popularization Station has achieved full coverage of 27 streets and towns in the district, with a coverage rate of over 122%.
Since the beginning of this year, in order to thoroughly study, publicize and implement the idea of the rule of law, boost the construction of regional rule of law, and improve the level of rule of law in grassroots social governance, Fangshan Court has strictly implemented the "Eighth Five-Year Plan" for law popularization in Beijing courts, relying on the "Ten Advances" of law, and promoting the construction of law popularization stations in depth.
The rule of law is the guarantee of grassroots governance, and comprehensive popularization of the law is the focus of grassroots governance. Guided by the needs of the people in the jurisdiction, the Fangshan Court proceeds from the top-level design, continuously optimizes the layout of the law popularization station, and strives to expand the coverage of the field on the basis of full regional coverage.
Thoroughly implement the idea of ecological civilization, and escort the construction of ecological civilization with the rule of law. The Fangshan People's Court has set up legal popularization stations in ecological and environmental protection bases such as Yanshan Petrochemical Niukouyu Wetland Park, Changgou Spring Water National Wetland Park, and Changyang 10,000 Mu Riverside Forest Park, integrating the legal popularization station with the theme of ecological environmental protection, creating ecological garden landscapes and interpreting the law with cases, and striving to build an ecological rule of law park.
Adhere to and develop the "Fengqiao experience" in the new era, and improve the level of rule of law in grassroots governance. The Fangshan People's Court has set up 19 legal popularization stations in sub-district offices, judicial offices, communities, and villages, to carry out legal popularization publicity, mediation and guidance, consultation, research and judgment, etc., to improve the public's legal literacy and dispute resolution ability, and create a good legal environment for optimizing the business environment, helping rural revitalization, and building a harmonious community.
Deeply integrate into the construction of rule of law campuses, and care for the healthy growth of minors. The Fangshan People's Court has set up law popularization stations in Shidu Town Central Primary School and other places to convey legal knowledge in vivid forms such as mock courts, knowledge quizzes, and popular law dramas, and guide children to study the law seriously, consciously learn the law, be good at abiding by the law, and have the courage to use the law in a subtle way.
Practice the concept of active and linkage justice, and promote the high-quality development of the cultural and tourism economy. Fangshan Court has set up a law popularization post in Pofengling Scenic Area of Zhoukoudian Town and Hancunhe Town, an "ecological cultural tourism town", based on its functional advantages, actively exploring the integration path of "rule of law + tourism", increasing the supply of governance services, and helping to build a "growth pole" for rural tourism.
Strengthen cooperation with various fields, and continuously expand the coverage of legal popularization stations. The Fangshan People's Court has set up legal popularization stations in public transportation hubs, fire brigades, military units, colleges and universities, etc., to spread the voice of the rule of law wider, deeper, and farther in a way that the masses like to see, and strive to extend judicial services to the last mile.
The Fangshan People's Court has set up a "Judicial Needs Questionnaire" on the "Law Popularization Station" stop sign** to collect the judicial needs of the masses extensively. Demand-oriented and effective, Fangshan Court actively explores diversified forms of publicity, relying on characteristic legal popularization brands such as "Law Popularization Bus", "Xiaole Sayings" and "Can't Perform Theater" to create more professional and characteristic legal popularization products such as "rule of law + ecology", "rule of law + culture" and "rule of law + tourism", so that the rule of law can infiltrate the hearts of the people.
In the just-concluded 10th "Golden Gavel" selection, the new work of Fangshan Court's Law Popularization Station, "The First Batch of "Law Popularization Station" in Beijing Court, was listed in three places simultaneously, delivering judicial services to the last kilometer" was awarded the "Top 100 New Works".
The platform has been built to write a new chapter.
