According to reports, the Longgang Administration of the Municipal Transportation Bureau, together with the Eastern Public Transport, has placed hundreds of promotional posters on the bus platforms in the densely populated Longgang District and along the subway, including questionnaire surveys, contacts, etc., to facilitate citizens to directly transmit their bus demands to the transportation department.
Regular visits are the key to doing this well. The Longgang Administration of the Municipal Transportation Bureau has established a contact table between the fleet of public transport enterprises and the hanging points of the street community, and organizes the public transport enterprises to visit the hanging points once a month to contact the community, collect people's livelihood demands and analyze and judge them. Up to now, 1,254 livelihood demands have been collected through regular visits, and 73 public transport optimization plans have been formed.
Organizing extensive discussions is also an important task for us to better serve the public and improve their satisfaction. "In view of the key enterprises, parks, new residential buildings and other areas of demand for key enterprises in the jurisdiction, the Longgang Administration of the Municipal Transportation Bureau organized a discussion and face-to-face communication between public transport enterprises, streets, communities and enterprise representatives and citizens. The relevant person in charge of the Longgang Administration of the Municipal Transportation Bureau said: "We timely collect the public transport travel needs of the citizens in the jurisdiction and optimize the structure of the bus route network, which not only better serves the citizens, but also resolves the citizens' demands on the front line, solves the problems at the grassroots level, and eliminates hidden dangers in the bud to the greatest extent." ”
Extended coverage of the bus route network
Since the beginning of this year, the Longgang Administration of the Municipal Transportation Bureau has added 5 new subway connection lines for Pinghu Hongdian Building, Pinghu Financial Base China Merchants Bank Building, Yuanshan Apollo Industrial Park, Lianchuang Science and Technology Park, Nanyue Industrial Park, Bantian Lehui Center and other enterprises, 87 new customized commuter lines for enterprises, and 3 holiday tourism special lines for scenic spots such as Gankeng Hakka Town, International Low-carbon City, and Pinghu Ecological Park.
At the same time, in order to solve the commuting needs of the subway connection community, 45 new subway connection lines have been added this year, with an average daily passenger volume of about 15,150 new lines, which has greatly alleviated the impact of passenger flow brought by the opening of the subway, increased the extension of the bus line network, and guided citizens to change from single-line travel to network travel and improve traffic efficiency.
