Working principle: The working principle of the diaphragm seat type wet alarm valve: in the quasi-working state, the upper and lower parts of the valve disc are filled with water, and the water pressure is approximately equal. Since the area above the disc in contact with water is greater than the area below the water, the force of water pressure on the disc is downward. Under the action of water pressure and dead weight, the disc sits on the seat and is closed. When the pressure of the water source fluctuates or impacts, the pressure of the upper and lower chambers is kept consistent through the compensator (or water replenishment check valve), the hydraulic alarm bell does not alarm, the pressure switch is not connected, and the valve disc is still in a quasi-working state. The compensator has a function to prevent false alarms or malfunctions. When the closed sprinkler sprinkles water to extinguish the fire, the compensator has no time to replenish the water, the water pressure on the valve disc drops, when it drops to make the water pressure in the lower cavity enough to open the valve disc, the water in the lower cavity will supply water to the sprinkler pipe network and the action sprinkler head, and the water enters the alarm port along the annular groove of the alarm valve, flows to the delayer and the hydraulic alarm bell, the alarm bell sounds an alarm, the pressure switch is opened, the electric contact signal is sent out to alarm and the automatic sprinkler system water supply pump is started.
Dry alarm manifold.
Composition: dry alarm valve, hydraulic alarm bell, pressure switch, air compressor, safety valve, control valve, etc.
Working principle: In the quasi-working state, the alarm valve is in the closed position, the valve disc of the rubber surface is tightly closed on two concentric water and air seal valve seats, the inner side is the water sealing ring, the outer side is the air sealing ring, the annular isolation chamber between the inner and outer sides communicates with the atmosphere, and the atmosphere leads to the automatic drip ball valve that is usually opened by the alarm interface piping. Add water to the water filling port until water flows out when the water filling drain valve is opened, and then close the water filling port. Water injection is done to seal the air gasket and prevent air from the system from leaking into the isolation chamber or atmosphere. As long as the air pressure in the pipe is maintained at the appropriate value, the disc is always closed.
Deluge alarm valve group.
Composition: deluge valve, automatic drip valve, drain ball valve, water supply control valve, diaphragm chamber pressure gauge, water supply pressure gauge, etc.
Working principle: The deluge valve is a water flow control valve, which can be opened by electric, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical means, and the valve cavity of the deluge valve is divided into three parts: upper cavity, lower cavity and control cavity. The control chamber is connected with the water supply pipeline, and an orifice plate with limited flow pressure is set in the middle. The pressurized water in the water supply pipeline pushes the diaphragm in the control chamber and then pushes the drive rod to tighten the disc locking lever, which generates torque and locks the disc on the valve seat. The disc prevents the pressurized water from entering the lower chamber. When the control chamber is pressurized, the torque of the drive rod acting on the valve disc locking rod is lower than the torque of the water supply pressure acting on the valve disc, so the valve disc is opened, and the water supply enters the water distribution pipeline.
