Process requirements:

Solution:
Check the material of the substrate, the surface condition, and whether it has been pre-treated. The surface of the substrate should be clean and clean, free of impurities such as oil, dust and other impurities, and the use of primers such as Jiongsheng nylon plus glass fiber treatment agent to improve the adhesion properties and wettability of nylon and glass fiber materials, and then form chemical bonds between the paint, it should be noted that after the treatment agent is sprayed on the substrate, it needs to be baked, followed by the PU color paint primer and PU clear coat topcoat need to achieve a dry state of baking at the same time, and then carry out relevant adhesion tests.
