First, the situation
There are 10 public rental housing projects with a total of 1,187 units. Among them, there are 714 sets of large sets, 373 sets of medium sets, and 100 sets of small sets. Details of the project are shown in the table below

Families in Daxing District who have obtained the qualification for public rental housing filing before December 21, 2018 (inclusive), have not yet been allocated public rental housing and have not participated in the "2023 Daxing District Announcement on Organizing Public Rental Housing Allocation for Families with Priority Qualifications for Public Rental Housing (Pilot)".

In accordance with the requirements of the "Notice" document, the waiting families who meet the above-mentioned allocation objects will be directly issued to organize the selection of houses.
Special note: According to Article 4 (2) of the "Notice" document, "if the public rental housing qualification filing family gives up the housing selection or signs the contract for two times, it will not be provided to it within one year**." After the expiration of one year, upon the application of the family, the district housing security management department shall conduct a review of the family's qualifications in accordance with the review procedures, and if the family still meets the requirements after review, it may be included in the scope of rent allocation again. If the public rental housing record family gives up the housing selection or contract twice in total, the district housing security management department will no longer provide it with ** within three years.
According to the provisions of the "Notice", the issuance of the house selection notice of the house selection family can choose no less than two places when present, and the house type matches the qualification of the notification of the house selection family, such as the abandonment of the house selection (including not receiving the house selection notice, not participating in the on-site selection and on-site abandonment of the house selection), the abandonment of the contract after the selection of the house will be recorded, such as the cumulative abandonment of two times, will be implemented in accordance with the above documents.
5. Grouping and collation
1) Grouping rules.
The families included in the rental list will be divided into three groups according to the type of apartment that should be allocated for rent, namely the first group (medium or large suite), the second group (small or medium suite), and the third group (small suite).
b) Collation.
The above groups of families are sorted according to the following rules:
1.Families with an earlier filing year are ranked first, and families with a later filing year are ranked last
2.If the filing year is the same, the family with the smaller filing number is ranked first, and the family with the larger filing number is ranked last.
According to the provisions of the relevant documents, if the original "three-room" waiting family obtains the qualification for the filing of public rental housing, the filing time shall be subject to the filing and registration time of the original affordable housing qualification.
In 2023, Daxing District will provide details for the house selection sequence number of some families with "long waiting time" filing (Annex 1). From December 18 to December 20, 2023, eligible families are requested to collect the "2023 Daxing District Housing Selection Notice for Some "Long Waiting Time" Public Rental Housing Filing Families (Pilot) from December 18 to December 20, 2023.

1) The property right unit will organize the selection of houses in the order of the final selection of each type, and all registered families are requested to maintain effective, accurate and smooth communication.
