On December 22, the closing ceremony of the 3rd National Workshop on Literary Creation for Persons with Disabilities was held in Banan District, Chongqing. Zhang Bing, Vice Chairman of Chongqing Writers Association and Dean of Chongqing Academy of Literature, Luo Haibo, Director of the Propaganda Department of Chongqing Disabled Persons' Federation, Liao Chuanjie, Secretary of the Party Group and Chairman of Chongqing Banan District Disabled Persons' Federation, Yang Cong, Deputy Secretary-General of China Association for the Promotion of News and Publicity for the Cause of Disabled Persons, Wang Peng, Director of the Project Department of Xingyun Culture and Education Public Welfare Association, and other heads of relevant units, as well as all students and journalists of this seminar attended the closing ceremony.

Zhang Bing said that writing is a glorious career, and the creation of excellent works requires continuous writing and practice. Literature lovers with disabilities should find their own familiar themes, establish their own writing barriers, and find their own writing positions when creating literature. The words written by disabled writers are not only works, but also the manifestation of the inner strength of disabled people, and the interpretation of life and dreams.

At the closing ceremony, the China Association for the Promotion of News and Publicity for the Disabled donated calligraphy works to the Chongqing Banan District Disabled Persons' Federation. The participants awarded the certificate of completion and the certificate of outstanding student to the student representatives and the outstanding student representatives respectively. Liu Hongyan and Zhao Qiukai, representatives of the students, reviewed and shared their training experience, and they said that the teaching experts have high professional standards, strong teaching ability, simple content, full of dry goods, and a variety of teaching forms have also made everyone gain deeper feelings and thinking. This year's seminar is rich in learning content and diverse forms, carefully organized and arranged 7 high-level lectures, dialogues and exchanges and 2 visits and studies, and invited Liu Aicheng, former editor-in-chief of Global People magazine and former chief reporter of People's ** in the United States, Li Hao, vice chairman of Hebei Writers Association and professor of the School of Literature of Hebei Normal University, Zhang Bing, vice chairman of Chongqing Writers Association and dean of Chongqing Academy of Literature, Li Yuansheng, vice chairman of Chongqing Writers Association, Luo Weizhang, vice chairman of Sichuan Writers Association and editor-in-chief of Sichuan Literature, "Youth Literature" Zhang Jing, editor-in-chief of the magazine, and other experts and scholars gave special training to the students on cultural thought, poetry writing, creation, good writing, self-expression, literature, etc., and conducted all-round in-depth and detailed guidance for the students' questions, visited the China Three Gorges Museum and Hongyan Revolution Memorial Hall in Chongqing, and gained an in-depth understanding of "Bayu culture, Three Gorges culture, rear anti-Japanese war culture, and immigration culture", and drew on the power of faith.

According to the reporter's understanding, the National Literary Creation Seminar for the Disabled is jointly organized by the China Association for the Promotion of News and Publicity for the Cause of the Disabled and the Nebula Culture and Education Public Welfare Association, aiming to build a learning and exchange platform for disabled literature lovers, cultivate a literary creation team for the disabled, improve the level of literary creation for the disabled, and promote the development of the cultural undertakings of the disabled.

During the 14th Five-Year Plan period, five national workshops on literary creation for persons with disabilities will be jointly held.
