In order to strengthen the construction of young teachers, improve the ability and quality of young teachers, build a platform for communication, learning and display for the professional growth of young teachers, and then play an important role in "apprenticeship pairing" and test the implementation of the school's "apprenticeship pairing" measures, Fanting Middle School held its 16th session on the fifth floor of the school office building from December 25th to 28th"Fanting Cup"Young Teacher Debriefing Competition.

There are 22 teachers participating in the competition, all of whom are young teachers with less than three years of teaching experience or who have not completed a round of senior high school. At the beginning of this semester, the school's teaching institute formulated a new and old teachers "apprenticeship" program, some young teachers and new teachers have made great progress under the leadership of the master, and this report class competition is a test of the effect of this "apprenticeship pairing".

The competition format is divided into three parts: classroom presentation, teaching design and teaching reflection, and the teaching content is selected according to the progress, if the same grade and subject are encountered, the same class will be heterogeneous, and the teaching time is 40 minutes.

The competition requires all instructors to carefully tutor young teachers, focus on core literacy in classroom teaching, innovate teaching design, create problem situations, create thinking patterns, and create teaching methods. Make full use of network information resources and more, pay attention to students' learning status, and pay attention to the effectiveness of classroom teaching. Teachers participating in the competition are required to prepare lessons carefully, submit paper lesson plans and electronic lesson plans before class, submit paper and electronic teaching reflections within one week after class, and return teaching reflections after class evaluation within one week after class evaluation. The school retains lecture and lecture materials and establishes a complete activity file.

After the competition, the school will hold a course evaluation activity in the subject group. The activity advocates a real, open and learning research atmosphere, and strives to achieve a rewarding listening, evaluation and understanding, and a breakthrough in discussion. All teachers in the same subject group are required to participate in the lectures, and other disciplines, especially young teachers, actively participate in the lectures without classes, so as to achieve the purpose of learning from each other, learning from each other's strengths, and improving together.
