Putian, Southeast Network, December 28 (Correspondent Ke Changan, Yang Xiaojie, Text) In order to establish a cross-regional law enforcement joint cooperation mechanism, consolidate the effectiveness of the "100-day action" to focus on the rectification of outstanding problems in road transport safety production, and strengthen the work of transportation safety production at the end of the year and the beginning of the year, on December 27, the Putian Expressway Law Enforcement Detachment and the Quanzhou Expressway Law Enforcement Detachment carried out a unified action to investigate and deal with road transport violations across regions.
The location of this action is set at the junction of Putian and Quanzhou, Xianyou Fengting, Xianyou Daji two expressways and Daji service area. Adopt fixed-point inspections, staggered law enforcement, etc., to achieve "every vehicle must be inspected" and "every suspicion must be inspected" for passing vehicles, and focus on rectifying passenger shuttle buses suspected of not driving according to the prescribed routes, not stopping at approved sites, chartered buses to solicit passengers outside the contract, overloading trucks, illegal modifications, falling off and scattering, dangerous goods transport vehicles illegally carrying hazardous chemicals and other violations of laws and regulations. In this operation, the two sides attached great importance to it, deployed it in advance, strengthened information exchange, resource sharing, and complementary advantages, formed a strong work force, further improved the efficiency of law enforcement, and effectively deterred road transport violations and violations.
During the operation, law enforcement officers adhered to the combination of law enforcement and law popularization, and popularized road transport policies through the distribution of manuals, set up exhibition boards, case explanations, etc., to further improve the people's awareness of safety and law-abiding.
A total of 19 law enforcement officers, 9 law enforcement vehicles, 75 inspection vehicles, 1 vehicle for investigation and punishment of violations, and more than 130 copies of brochures were distributed to create a good atmosphere for safe travel and legal transportation, and provide a solid guarantee for promoting the continuous and stable improvement of the safety production situation and creating a safe and smooth road transportation environment.
