Guangzhou Zhonghai Xueshili is located in Guanggang New Town, Liwan District, Guangzhou. As a first-tier city center, Guanggang New Town is an extremely scarce new city construction project that can be developed in a large area, and is being built into a characteristic livable new area and a professional trading center, with a permanent population carrying capacity of about 200,000 in the future, which is equivalent to the density of the completed Guangzhou Zhujiang New Town.
The residential design of the project is mostly small, corresponding to the need for more efficient use and expansion of the public space in the community to meet the needs of people's daily activities, and the background of the school district housing makes the theme of children's growth the top priority of the public space. We willThe concept of "high efficiency".Integrate into the community landscape design, setting"Community Sharing Complex"., connecting different spaces, forming a dynamic but continuous daily experience in a limited space, creating an immortal life.
The main axis gradually transitions to the line of underground disappearance through the homecoming corridor, forming a "real-virtual" transition processThe transition of the side axis is attached to the functional formation of the mass, which corresponds to the intersection of the main axis, and through rotation, it sinks vertically and evolves into several square box spaces.
According to the different functional needs, the square box is divided into five theaters, namely the box theater, the exploration theater, the forest theater, the secret theater and the sports theater, providing an all-age activity space.
Efficient "Community Sharing Complex".
Along the direction of the central axis of the water feature is the composite area in the center of the site, and we have created a staggered space: a suspended infinity pool at the top, and a living theater below. The design combines the landscape waterfall with the children's water play space, and thus forms the opposite scene of the sunken theater space, extending the line of sight to the theater space, forming a linear relationship between the front and back spaces, and creating a complex and efficient "community sharing complex".
The water feature design runs along the space of the overhead floor, where children running from the forest to the undulating water stride, and adults sit on benches and gossip and enjoy every leisurely afternoon.
"Ageless diversity" to meet the needs of activities
The school's background means that there are a large number of children living here. In the design of the children's activity space, we have set up a variety of play boxes according to the activity needs of children of different ages, providing a variety of play methods, extending the "shelf life" of this children's space, and accompanying children to spend a happy childhood.
Each box is connected by three-dimensional slides, stairs and other series connections to form a closed loop of circular exploration activities. The childlike bee image renders a vibrant space atmosphere, and further inspires children's minds under the three-dimensional and diverse play methods.
The activity space under the forest, the combination of sparse forest grassland and straight tree formation, provides residents with a comfortable and pleasant sports place. The overhead layer continues the open nature of the sparse forest lawn, making the space more transparent and suitable for people to stay. The same place, with the participation of different groups of people at different times, can greatly exert the plasticity of space.
In the bustling city of Guangzhou, they know that there will always be a light for them, and they have a home here, as the song goes, "A place that doesn't need much to do, and when I'm tired, I think of it." ”
