If the person subject to enforcement fully fulfills its obligations or reaches a settlement agreement with the person applying for enforcement, it may apply to this court to promptly block its information from the database of the judgment defaulter's list. If the person subject to enforcement has the ability to perform but refuses to perform, and the circumstances are serious violations of the criminal law, this court will investigate his criminal responsibility in accordance with law.
