1. Classification of prefabricated steel structure building system.
The prefabricated steel structure building structure system can choose steel (concrete-filled steel tube) frame, steel (concrete-filled steel tube) frame-support and other structural forms according to factors such as building function, building height and seismic fortification intensity.

5.interior wall panels.
The interior wall panels of prefabricated steel structure buildings can be preferentially selected autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, aerated concrete blocks, etc., as shown in Figure 17.
6.Balcony panels, air-conditioning panels.
Prefabricated steel structure building balcony slabs, air-conditioning slabs can be selected precast concrete slabs, as shown in Figure 18.
First, the process flow.
When the prefabricated steel structure building is constructed, the main structure should be installed in the order of columns, beams, supports and floor slabs, and when the core tube components are installed, they should be installed in the order of the core tube, columns, beams, supports and floor slabs, and be corrected in time. Prefabricated steel structure building, should be coordinated with the installation of prefabricated parts, cooperate with each other, before the installation of steel columns, the elevation of the steel column base of each floor is tested, and the installation position line of the components is determined.
Prefabricated steel structure building, with a standard layer as the installation unit, the overall installation sequence is: embedded column base bolts, steel column hoisting, steel beam hoisting, laminated board, prefabricated stair hoisting, exterior wall panel, interior wall panel hoisting. Second, the key points of operation.
1.Column base embedded anchor bolt construction.
1) Anchor anchor positioning.
The total station is placed on a certain axis control point, and the original coordinate system is established by another axis control point, and the distance from the known control point to the x, y direction of the embedded bolt is used to determine the position of the bolt embedded.
2) Column foot anchor bolt embedded.
Thread the base bolt through the underside of the positioning plate. Adjust the top of the column base bolt to the elevation position required by the drawing with a level, and fix it with a nut to prevent its elevation from changing, as shown in Figure 32 shown.
3) The anchor bolt of the column base is anti-side shift.
According to the design and construction requirements, ensure that the position of the anchor bolt of the column foot is not offset.
2.Steel column installation.
1) Hanging point setting.
The setting of the steel column lifting point needs to consider the simplicity of hoisting, stability and reliability, and avoid the deformation of steel componentsSteel column hanging point is generally arranged at the top of steel column, and is lifted by temporary connecting plate, wherein connecting plate is generally 4 pieces, as shown in Figure 33 shown.
