The two words "Shuangqiao" are like a faint light of bluestone, which always reflects my soul and touches the blood relationship between me and my relatives in my hometown.
Twin bridges are not actually "bridges". It is a small city under Bayue Mountain in the far suburbs of Chongqing, located between the post pavilion shop on the east road of Chengdu-Chongqing Ancient Road and Dazu, the "hometown of stone carvings", facing Chongqing in the east and Shudu in the west, and is the location of the Sichuan Automobile Factory (then known as the Sichuan Automobile Factory) during the original three-line construction period.
From a bird's-eye view, the twin bridges are also "bridges". As its name suggests, it is built on the waterfront, connecting the north and the south, and running through the east and west. On the one hand, it looks at the Jade Dragon Cui Peak of Bayue Mountain, and leads to the green island of Longshui Lake and Sichuan Automobile Factory at the foot of the mountainOn one side, it connects the old street and the countryside, like a landscape painting.
My hometown was originally in Gaojiadian, Posting Town, Dazu County, which was only seven or eight miles away from Shuangqiao, which was then a district under the jurisdiction of Chongqing. Every market day, I always like to follow the adults to the old street of Shuangqiao to catch up. Especially on the first day of the first lunar month every year, going to the old street to see the excitement, buying a few colorful balloons with New Year's money, or eating a bowl of Shuangqiao cold noodles is the happiest memory at that time. In my impression, the old street is not long, the head of the street is next to a road, and the town at the end of the street guards a strong yellow cypress tree. The old street is antique, the middle is paved with the vicissitudes of green stone, the wooden inns on both sides are connected, the shops are lined up, it is bustling all year round, it is the place where people love to catch up with the market within a radius of dozens of miles. In particular, the Chongqing Department Store was later built in the center, attracting young men and women from the Sichuan Automobile Factory. They speak Mandarin and wear fashionable clothes, which has become a special scenery in the old street.
Outside the old street, walk along the winding road to the mountain, about half an hour's drive, you can reach the Sichuan Automobile Factory at the foot of Bayue Mountain. Both sides of the highway are planted with tall plane trees, and there are often houses built of stone on the side of the road, which are called "dry bases", which are the staff dormitories of the Sichuan Automobile Factory. Thinking back to the early 60s of the last century, young hearts, with the passion and dream of building a new China, illuminated this small city at the foot of Bayue Mountain. They said goodbye to their homeland and relatives, rushed from all over the country, pried open the boulders of the mountains, cut the mountains in front of the plane, and wrote a song of construction. When the first heavy military off-road vehicle left the factory, Bayue Mountain seemed to be awakened. The "Hongyan" brand heavy-duty vehicles have made great contributions in defending the territory of the motherland, and the double bridge has been brilliant.
When I was a child, I often saw the "Hongyan" brand car speeding down the highway of my Gaojiadian, and I still couldn't understand its profound meaning. But the impact it brought to Gaojiadian is an unforgettable memory for me. Gaojiadian is adjacent to the intersection of the old Chengdu-Chongqing railway and highway, and is an important node of the ancient post road. The railway station was built here, and the national granary was also set up here. They are on the same line as Shuanglu Old Street, and form a triangular orientation with the Sichuan Automobile Factory in Bayue Mountain. Due to convenient transportation and other conditions, Sichuan Automobile Factory has set up two important workshops in Gaojiadian. It seems to be a part of the Shuangqiao ink painting, which has always hung in my heart. The off-white main building is a workshop, next to the square;The gray-black building is a family home, standing on the high ground;There are elementary schools, kindergartens, shops, clinics, etc. all around. The most exciting thing in childhood is to go to the square and watch an open-air movie. "Shining Red Star" and "Tunnel War" ......Almost every weekend night, the factory shows a film or two.
After graduating from high school, I left Gaojiadian and went to Chongqing to attend university. After that, he left his homeland and went to a foreign land. After graduating from a university in Chongqing, my sister was transferred to work in the agricultural department of Shuangqiao, where she settled down. My sister took her mother with her, and the family took care of her daily life. I, who frequently travel to and from Shuangqiao, seem to have become a part of Shuangqiao after many years.
At this time, the twin bridges are like a pearl, inlaid in the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle, shining brightly. Due to the construction and demolition of roads, some residents were relocated to Shuangqiao nearby, and my mother also had a house in Shuangqiao. The family is in **, which is where the heart belongs, and Shuangqiao has a different temperature for me.
We drove my mother around Shuangqiao, past the wetland park, and then through the university town to the shore of Longshui Lake. Gazing into the distance at a real stone bridge, the Bayue Mountains are stacked on top of each other, and the green is slightly green;Nearby Longshui Lake is full of laughter and rippling blue waves. Although the workshop of Gaojiadian has long been withdrawn, the original Sichuan Automobile Plant has also been relocated as a whole. However, the development of Sichuan Automobile Factory and the history of the auto parts industry are still the glory of this small city. When I went home during the Spring Festival this year, I went to Shuangqiao to visit the Chong**yan Heavy Duty Vehicle Museum, which was opened recently. More than 8,000 pieces of cultural relics, cultural and historical documents, as well as heavy machine objects, seem to be a solidified industrial history, but also a talking heroic epic.
A city has its own unique charm with the straight backbone of the mountain, the smart charm of the water, and the hard-working people. Together with this land, it draws out the unforgettable hometown and blood love of the travelers.
