On the morning of December 18, the main structure of the first building C2 of the Nanhu Amusement Park Renovation Project (i.e., the Guangdong Nanhu Amusement Park Renovation Project) was capped, marking an important phased achievement in the construction of the project.

The project is a key construction project in Guangdong Province in 2023 and officially started on July 1 this year. The civil engineering part of the project was the first to start and was entrusted to Guangdong Construction Engineering Group for implementation.
The project is positioned as:Space sci-fi themed metaverse park, with the science fiction worldview of the parallel universe to coordinate the overall construction of the projectThe overall plan is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2024After completion, it will effectively activate the commercial atmosphere of the Nanhu area and create an innovative digital park that integrates cultural tourism and digital creativity. Located on the west side of the main square of the new park, the capped C2 building is positioned as an immersive cultural, tourism, business and service facility complex, and is the main indoor space functional carrier of the new park's entertainment experience, special catering, leisure and shopping.
Latest progress
After the start of the Nanhu Amusement Park renovation project, after 4 months of intense construction, the renovation team successfully completed the construction task of capping the main structure of Building C2 according to the expected goals, and has started the public investment promotion work of Building C2. After the capping of Building C2, decoration, mechanical and electrical installation and supporting engineering construction will be carried out in an all-round way.
Founded in 1984, Nanhu Amusement Park is one of the earliest large-scale theme parks in Guangzhou, and has treasured many happy childhood times of Guangzhou people after 37 years of ups and downs.
