8. Conscientiously accept the guidance of the judicial administrative departments and the operational guidance of the basic level people's courts, strictly abide by the provisions of the people's mediation committee system, and actively participate in various political studies and professional training;
9. Conscientiously complete other tasks assigned by the judicial administrative departments and the people's mediation committee.
