2023 Dongyang City Job Stabilization Subsidy Application Announcement
In order to implement the national employment priority strategy and make every effort to promote development and benefit the people's livelihood, the "Notice of the General Office of the People's of Zhejiang Province on Optimizing and Adjusting Employment and Entrepreneurship Policies and Measures to Promote Development and Benefit the People's Livelihood" (Zhejiang Zheng Ban Fa No. 2023 No. 53) document requirements, the relevant matters related to the declaration of job stabilization subsidies are hereby announced as follows:

Two. Filing Route
Through the unified handling system set up by the province, it will be implemented in the following ways (non-inductive intelligent office, online declaration):
1.Non-inductive intelligent office: Through background data comparison, the handling agency pushes information to be confirmed in batches to more than 4,000 insured units (excluding labor dispatch enterprises) that are initially qualified. After receiving the information (there will be time differences in the information received by each unit), the insured unit can log in to the "Zheli Office" APP with the unit account, search for the "Zhejiang Employment and Entrepreneurship" service area, select the "Intelligent Recommendation" column, click "Application for Job Stabilization Subsidy", view and confirm the application information, and submit the application with "one click".
2.Online declaration: Eligible insured units other than "non-inductive intelligent office" can log in to the Zhejiang government service network on the computer or search for "application for stable post return (stable post subsidy)" on the mobile phone "Zheli Office" APP for declaration.
Note: If you have not received the SMS of the "Non-Sense Intelligent Office" declaration, please apply for it by "online declaration" first.
Three. Miscellaneous
1.The insured enterprises have not laid off employees in 2022 or the layoff rate is not higher than the 2022 national urban survey unemployment rate control target (5.).5%), and if the layoff rate of enterprises with less than 30 insured employees at the end of 2022 is not higher than 20% of the total number of insured employees, they can apply for unemployment insurance job stabilization subsidies. Social groups, associations, social service organizations, law firms, accounting firms, and individual industrial and commercial households participating in insurance in the form of units shall be implemented by reference.
2.The layoff rate is determined by comparing the number of insured employees in the previous year with the number of insured employees in the previous year or the number of people receiving unemployment insurance benefits with the number of insured employees in the previous year.
3.Large enterprises will be subsidized by 30% of the unemployment insurance premiums actually paid by the enterprise and its employees in the previous year, and small and medium-sized enterprises will be subsidized by 60%.
4.Seriously untrustworthy enterprises are not included in the scope of subsidies, and labor dispatch enterprises will be notified separately after the policy is clarified.
5.The confirmation of the declaration through the "non-sense intelligence office" does not mean that the enterprise fully meets the conditions, and can only enjoy the subsidy after the joint review of the department.
