The butt always sinks when swimming, and it is too strenuous to swim

Recently, a friend of mine has been very depressed, every time he swims in the pool, his butt always sinks, whether it is breaststroke, freestyle or other strokes, no matter how much he practices.

The appearance of my friend sinking in the water is almost like this: the body is not parallel to the surface of the water, and it does not remain streamlined. It's going to be a lot of work to swim like this, and she's pretty much the same person who doesn't feel good about water.

However, the correct posture should be to keep the body parallel to the surface of the water as much as possible. This way you can swim with a lot less effort, and all the power can be used to propel you forward, not to keep your body balanced.

So, how do you maintain balance in water?

1.Find your own balance

Everyone's body shape is different, resulting in a different position of the balance point. The balance point is unique to the individual and only known to oneself. You can float on the surface of the water, keep your face down as still as possible, relax your body, and find the best way to float.

If your buttocks and legs are sinking, you can gently adjust the angle to keep your body as level as possible.

2.Gently hit the legs

Once you've found your balance, start hitting your ballet legs gently, not with your knees, but with your thighs to bring your calves, keeping your body level as you move forward.

3.Keep the left and right sides of the row arm

Keeping your arms aligned left and right will keep your body balanced. Try to keep both hands holding the water at the same angle of elbow flexion, and the stroke distance of both hands and the position of the palms into the water should be similar.

4.Speed up and balance Xi habits

After practicing for Xi period of time, you will be able to swim at a normal speed. Keep the above points in mind and keep your body balanced at all times.

Once you Xi're used to swimming in a horizontal position, you'll find that your speed increases a lot and you swim more easily.

So, have you and your buddies found your own balance?Break the trouble of sinking your buttocks, swim out of the balance streamline, and enjoy swimming!
