What is the tailings sand making processing technology?
Tailings sand production usually requires three processes, namely coarse crushing, secondary crushing and sand making. Different types of ores with different structures require different sand making processes. The details are as follows:
Primary crushing: Jaw crushers are used for primary crushing. The installation location is determined and arranged in the vicinity of the treatment plant to reduce the transportation distance of the raw materials, which are evenly and continuously fed into the jaw crusher for processing by means of a vibrating feeder.
Secondary crushing: cone crusher or impact crusher is used for secondary crushing, which is used for primary crushing and return. It is fed into the cone crusher by the belt conveyor for secondary processing to meet the required particle size for sand making.
Sand making: The crushed material is sent to the impact sand making machine for sand making and forming, so that the feed material is less than 55mm and made into 025-0.The size of 5mm is then conveyed to the vibrating screen, which can screen out three sizes of silica sand at one time through a four-layer screen, and the finished product can be stored or transported to the construction site by pickup truck.
