The law enforcement officers immediately issued a "Notice of Correction (Stopping) of Illegal Acts", ordering them to hand over the collected kitchen waste to enterprises with corresponding qualifications for disposal within a time limit, and shall no longer engage in operational collection and transportation activities of kitchen waste.
The law enforcement officers criticized and educated a person, and in accordance with the provisions of Article 42, Paragraph 1 of the "Jiangsu Provincial Kitchen Waste Management Measures", made an administrative penalty decision of a fine of 200 yuan. Yu fully realized his mistake and promised not to feed poultry with kitchen waste again, and accepted the administrative punishment.
