According to the data released by the National Bureau of Statistics, from January to October, the output of primary plastics of China's industrial enterprises above designated size was 9,76770,000 tons, a cumulative increase of 57%。The output in October was 105010,000 tons, a year-on-year increase of 96%。

In October, the top five provinces in terms of primary plastic output were Zhejiang, Shandong, Jiangsu, Inner Mongolia and Guangdong, with a total output of 487120,000 tons, accounting for 46% of the total output39%。Zhejiang Province ranked first, with an output of 139 in October790,000 tons, a year-on-year increase of 2138%。Among the 30 provinces and cities in the statistics, 18 companies increased their output year-on-year in October, and Zhejiang, Ningxia, Hubei, Jilin, Hainan, Shanxi, Guangxi, Chongqing, and Yunnan increased by more than 20%.

The primary form of plastic industry is mainly concentrated in East China, Northwest China, and North China. From January to October 2023, the output in East China will be 4148770,000 tons, a year-on-year increase of 801%；Northwest Territories Production 1898170,000 tons, down 1 percent year-on-year16%；The output in North China is 1403240,000 tons, a year-on-year increase of 427%。
