When communicating with people at the bottom, we have to talk about feelings and morals, because their cognition is relatively low, they lack the ability to distinguish between right and wrong, and they are easy to become the masses who eat melons, and they are also easy to become the masses who "don't know the truth", and most of them are swayed by what they think are "feelings" and "morals", and they are swayed by emotions!
They only talk about feelings, only about subjective feelings, and even unreasonable. So, they are easily kidnapped by the "morality" laid down by the upper class. When communicating with middle-level people, we must talk about logic and interests, because they have a certain understanding of this society, what they want is workplace promotion, welfare benefits, and more importantly, they understand the value of class crossing, so they are more realistic.
Communicate with the upper class, talk about ideals and the future, according to Maslow's hierarchy of needs, they have met their material and security needs, they pursue the spiritual level, and self-worth is more important to them. 
The bottom level can do two ribs for brothers, and the middle level can stick two knives for the sake of interests, and wait until the high-level people see it and say: These people know that they are either too stupid or too vulgar, the rivers and lakes are not fighting and killing, the rivers and lakes are sophisticated, and the vision pattern should not be too small!
