MCB020-21 planning and management unit of Nanjing Yanziji New Urban Area is located in the south of Yanziji New Town, Qixia District, east to Yanyuan Road, west to Heyan Road, south to Qixia Avenue, north to Shennong Road, with a land area of 8852 hectares.
The modified plot is located in the MCB020-21 planning management unit of the Regulatory Detailed Plan of Nanjing Yanziji New Urban Area, with a land area of 929 hectares.

Starting from the whole area, the functional layout is optimized in combination with the subway stations and the main interfaces of the city, and the spatial connection with the southern gateway area of Yanziji New Town is strengthened, so as to form an aggregated, balanced and efficient spatial pattern.
2. Architectural form. Along the city avenue from the subway entrance to the north to the Mingwai Guo Baili scenery belt, the building volume transitions from large volume to small volume, and the height of the building is reduced from south to north along Yancheng Avenue, creating a rhythmic and decreasing city skyline.
3. Transportation organization. The entrances and exits of motor vehicles are distributed along the urban branch roads, and the organization of the separation of people and vehicles is adopted inside the plot to create a continuous slow traffic space along Yancheng Avenue, and the subway entrances and exits are used as the main direction.
