Approved by the State Administration for Market Regulation (Standardization Administration of the People's Republic of China) and led by the China Hotel Association, the first green foreign home standard proposes that green takeaway refers to the promotion of low-carbon concepts in all aspects of takeaway activities, the promotion of environmental protection, resource conservation, recycling and low-carbon utilization, and the reduction of the impact of takeaway activities on the environment.
Specifically, the specification mainly focuses on the production of take-out meals, take-out meals and green take-out management optimization, and puts forward relevant requirements for the procurement of raw materials for meals, meal processing, cooking and restaurant operation, meal packaging and material use, take-out distribution, garbage disposal, green take-out display, green publicity, green quality management and other main contents.
For example, in terms of the procurement of raw materials for meals, it is required to establish a traceable first-chain management system to reduce the loss of ingredients; In terms of takeaway packaging, on the premise of meeting the functional requirements of packaging, packaging with less harm to human health and ecological environment and less resource and energy consumption is selected; In terms of takeaway delivery, it is required to choose reasonable routes and scientific equipment to reduce energy consumption.
In recent years, takeaway has become an important way for modern people to solve the problem of dining. According to data from the China Internet Network Information Center, as of June this year, the scale of online takeaway users in China reached 53.5 billion people, accounting for 49% of the total number of Internet users6%。
In the face of the expanding scale of the takeaway market, it is of great significance to further promote catering enterprises to establish a green and environmentally friendly first-chain system, reduce the amount of packaging, and further guide consumers to order food in moderation and form a green lifestyle.
