An overview of my self management model

At present, my self-management model is 2 3 3 3 3 model, that is, based on two fundamental important things, plus three important things that need to be managed separately, and then all the remaining aspects of the affairs are unified into three categories, and each category is coordinated with one as the core.

The two fundamental matters are ideological and belief building and security affairs. The three important things that need to be managed separately are self-management organization construction, self-internal culture construction, and family affairs. The remaining tasks are divided into three modules, with academic Xi as the core, coordinating academic Xi, privacy and information management, and technologyWith career planning as the core, coordinate career planning, life, economy and goods management;External propaganda is the core, and external propaganda, literature and art, and entertainment are coordinated.

My self-management mechanism adopts a departmental system based on the rule of law, with the highest leadership and decision-making body as the council, and 10 departments under it are in charge of various affairs according to their functions, and one of them is responsible for overseeing all departmental affairs and assisting in the development of the work of the council. The council is mainly responsible for strategic layout and major decision-making, and the specific implementation is undertaken by various departments.

Obviously, the various matters classified above are under the responsibility of each agency in an orderly manner. Ideological and belief building and security matters are strategic and can only be the responsibility of the Council of the highest body. Self-management organization construction, self-internal culture construction, and family affairs can only be taken care of by the overall department, and the rest is assigned to the following departments. No matter what the matter, the more important and pragmatic it is, go up, and the less important and pragmatic it is, go down. If it is important but pragmatic, it will go up slightly, and if it is not important but pragmatic, it will go down slightly.

In practice, the work of the coordinating department is the most complicated among the various agencies. Because transactions that are too abstract are deployed slowly and formally, and transactions that are too specific are deployed flexibly in practice. Only the coordination of specific matters had to be deployed frequently and formally. For the arrangement of any specific affairs, it is unrealistic to formulate a document every week, for example, if you want a "work arrangement for this week's study Xi", then should you come to the other more than ten modules?The co-ordinating department formulates the "Work Arrangement for the Week" every week, and it is necessary to make a general deployment of all the work, and the departments need to make a more specific deployment, which needs to be long-term, such as the "Work Arrangement for the Xi of this Month" or even the "Work Arrangement for the Xi of the Quarter", which is more in line with the actual needs.

For self-managing formal decision-making, the more specific the transaction planning cycle is, the longer the transaction planning cycle, and the more abstract the transaction planning period is, the shorter the transaction planning cycle. Of course, taking into account the importance, this can also be adjusted. When it comes to managing the internal affairs of a self-managing organization, I do most of the work of coordinating departments, but in practice, each organization is sharing responsibilities equally. For example, I spend eight hours a day on my career, which is the matter of career planning, and my professional regulation department formulated a "Quarterly Work Arrangement for Occupational Regulation" three months ago, and there has been no new document formulation in the past few months, but its function continues to play a role in the implementation of this document.

Because it is self-management, decision-making, implementation, and audit are all within the self, so self-discipline is the only guarantee for the normal operation of my self-management mechanism, and the more important significance of the separate organization is to systematize the self-management consciousness in my thoughts, so the rules of human and material management in the organization in reality cannot be used.

In reality, organizations spend a lot of resources on information transfer and checks and balances, which is completely uninvolved in my self-managing organization. All my decisions are made and carried out in the form of nothing more than aspects of my personal activity carried out according to a unified will. Therefore, the unification of will, or the establishment of a systematic world outlook, outlook on life, and values, is the necessary guarantee for all work, and the maintenance of the three views is the core of all work.

In our reality, organizations often have to convene meetings of various departments to discuss the resolution and division of labor. And I don't have any of these troubles, even though I have a large, complex self-managing organization. Just like the organs of the body, they are always on call and functioning at all times, and the parts that need to be mobilized can be directed by the brain at any time without interfering with the normal operation of other parts. When making decisions in my self-management organization, I often need to externalize them by looking through the normative documents that have been formulated and doing things according to the rules. I don't have the ability to put all the rules I have set for myself in my brain, and no one has this ability.

The reason why my supreme body is called the council is that its work is mainly carried out in the form of internal discussion and research in the self, which is actually thinking. One of its important functions is to be responsible for the construction of self-management theory, and the results of which are materially detailed are a large number of reportage articles. This kind of work can only be done by such an institution, it needs to link the ideological system of the whole brain, and there is no overall consideration of personal development, as soon as the decision is deployed, and the theory is generated, it must be implemented in all aspects of the work and infiltrate the whole life.

In the same way, if it is a decision on a certain aspect of the matter, it must also be handed over to the top management for planning. For example, the daily study Xi preparation for the exam is managed by the Xi department, but when it comes to the stage of applying for the exam, which is related to the overall development of life, it is necessary to come to the council, at this time, not only the Xi aspects, but all other aspects of the work must be obeyed and served to carry out this thing. Of course, after applying for the examination and entering the next stage of the Xi, the authority of management will automatically fall back to the Xi department.

It's easy to distinguish between the institutions of my self-managing organization that exist in my brain, and the decisions that are going on in my head all the time belong to which one they belong to. I think about what to eat for my next meal and think about which school to apply to may be the same amount of time and energy, but the nature and meaning of thinking are completely different. The former is only responsible for one aspect of the matter at this time, while the latter is responsible for the long-term overall affairs in the future. If you don't subconsciously classify it, then the allocation of energy will be chaotic, and the results of your actions will be chaotic.

My daily words and actions are under the control of the self-governing organization, but not every action must be formally deployed, but most of them are improvised, and they are largely improvised. My self-management organization was established for the sole purpose of optimizing self-management, which means that without this organization I would still be living like this, but with this organization, I am more comfortable with self-management and will not waste a lot of time and energy. Therefore, under the control of this system, I am still a normal person with personality and strengths and weaknesses to the outside world, and I must not be labeled as a so-called strict self-discipline and perfectionism.
