First of all, the law enforcement officers are preparing to carry out on-site supervision and inspection of dangerous goods ships that are preparing for barge operations, and in accordance with the requirements of a check-on boarding, law enforcement officers inspected the ship's certificate documents, ship manning, watch, radio, anti-pollution and other conditions. Subsequently, the minutes of the meeting before the barge operation and the crew's understanding of the responsibilities of the oil spill signal and the contingency deployment table were carefully checked. In order to ensure the smooth progress of the barge operation, during the barge period, law enforcement officers were stationed on the spot by sea patrol boats for maintenance, and VHF timely reminded passing ships to control the speed of the ship and pay attention to avoidance when passing through the waters.
