1. The concrete part of the cooling tower wall adopts heavy anti-corrosion according to the following practices.
The surface of the cooling tower should be flat on the inner wall of spraying anti-corrosion, and the surface of the formwork joint should be flat, and there should be no slurry, burrs, and uneven inequality.
2. The sandblasting surface of the cooling tower shall be treated according to the following steps and requirements.
1. Purification treatment, the sandblasting surface needs to be strictly removed from grease and dirt.
2. Roughening treatment, the surface after purification treatment needs to be sandblasted, and the cleanliness of the surface after sandblasting should meet the specified requirements, and no attachments such as oxide scale, rust and dirt and old coating are allowed.
3. After the surface treatment is qualified, the residence time of waiting for spraying paint should be shortened as much as possible, and the sandblasting surface should be strictly protected to prevent pollution such as moisture, dust and oil.
4. The anti-corrosion material used for spraying should meet the design requirements, and the spraying coating should not be less than 5 layers, and the coating thickness should be 200 microns.
5. The spray coating is not allowed to have defects such as bubbles, cracks, holes, flake slag or loose attached particles.
6. After passing the sandblasting inspection, the etching treatment is carried out with phosphoric acid first, and then epoxy resin is applied to close the pores of the coating.
7. The spraying anti-corrosion layer needs to be tested by blue dot to check its compactness, and no blue dot is qualified.
8. The outer wall anti-corrosion ladder platform and others should be welded before construction, and no welding is allowed on the equipment after anti-corrosion construction.
9. It is strictly forbidden to spray paint on the surface of the equipment with stainless steel.
