Dong Xiyuan,Born in Zhao'an, Fujian Province in 1964, he is a member of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, a director of the China Artists Association, a representative of the 10th National Cultural Congress, the vice chairman of the Fujian Artists Association, the vice president of the Fujian New Social Strata Association, a member of the Art Committee of the China Academy of Art of the Ministry of Culture, a distinguished professor of the Painting Academy of the Chinese People's University, and a distinguished professor of the Rongbaozhai Painting Academy.
