The gas consumption of a 1-ton gas steam boiler is 70 80 cubic meters per hour, but in general, the gas consumption we calculated is only a theoretical value.
The manufacturing process is different for each manufacturer. The quality of the gas steam boiler is good or bad, and the quality of the burner is high or low. During the operation of the equipment, there will be some heat loss, such as exhaust gas heat loss, incomplete combustion heat loss, radiant heat loss, etc.
1.Exhaust heat loss. The high flue gas temperature of a gas steam boiler means that part of the heat in the fuel is taken away by the flue gas, resulting in heat loss. The higher the flue gas temperature, the more heat is lost.
2.Incomplete heat loss of combustion. Due to the fuel properties or combustion conditions of the gas steam boiler do not meet the requirements, some combustible gases may be discharged with the flue gas before combustion, resulting in heat loss due to incomplete combustion of the gas.
3.Heat loss due to heat dissipation. In the operation of gas steam boiler, the temperature of the outer wall of the boiler is always higher than the ambient gas temperature, which will cause heat loss and heat dissipation loss.
In addition, it should be noted that when using natural gas boilers, it is necessary to pay attention to safety, ensure the use of qualified natural gas, and regularly inspect and repair boiler equipment to avoid accidents.
