China Infrastructure News (reported by Wang Xin and Liu Yanhui).On December 9, after the "big move in the air", the first jacking of the high-speed steel box girder across the Bada on the A ramp of the Nianpansi Interchange was successfully completed by the key node of the Cangba Expressway undertaken by the Fifth Company of the 15th Bureau of China Railway. This marks the official start of the traffic conversion and connection construction of Cangba Expressway and the existing Bada Expressway, and the construction of Cangba Expressway has entered the critical stage.
Nianpansi Interchange is a hub interchange connecting the Cangba Expressway stoppoint and the Bada Expressway traffic transfer, which adopts a three-way T shape and consists of 4 ramps A, B, C, D. Among them, the A ramp needs to span the underground gas pipeline, the Nianpansi interchange C ramp and the existing line Bada Expressway, and use a (38+60+38) meter steel-concrete composite continuous box girder with a total weight of 1237 tons. The steel structure part adopts a split box-shaped structure, and the installation adopts a multi-point synchronous walking jacking construction technology. Plus the maximum pier is as high as 506 meters, the safety risk of the whole jacking construction is high and the construction is difficult.
Before construction, the technical team of the Fifth Company of China Railway 15th Bureau and external experts conducted an in-depth analysis and demonstration of the construction environment and major difficulties of the steel box girder, clarified the overall scheme of steel box girder manufacturing, transportation route and jacking, and effectively solved the problems faced by the jacking operation, such as large vertical and horizontal slope, high linear control accuracy and small radius curvature. In order to ensure the driving safety of the Bada Expressway, the project team planned in advance, prepared a detailed road-related construction plan and emergency rescue plan, and on the basis of repeated communication and demonstration with the Sichuan Provincial Expressway Administration and relevant experts, reported to the safety assessment unit for special assessment and determined the final special plan for cross construction.
This push is the D7 D9 segment, weighing about 1365 tons, pushing distance 15 meters. In the process of jacking, full-time safety officers and technicians monitor the construction operation throughout the process, and monitor the steel box girder jacking process in real time to ensure the safety and stability of the construction operation.
The successful completion of the first jacking provides valuable experience for the subsequent jacking construction, and also lays the foundation for the early construction of the right width of the bridge between the Nianpan Temple.
