2023 Creation Challenge 2023 Creation Challenge1. Shennong, one of the Three Emperors

In the long history of ancient China, many remarkable great civilizations have emerged. In this rich and colorful history, one of the three emperors, the Shennong clan, traveled to the upper reaches of the Han River and created an amazing development process.

The Shennong clan, who lived in the Hanjiang River basin, resolutely decided to develop eastward after hundreds of years of short-term recuperation in Shennongjia, and entered a flat and vast Jianghan Plain. The land is fertile and the climate is suitable, making it ideal for farming. The Shennong clan uncovered this land with unlimited potential and pushed farming to a new level.

As the Shennong clan continued to grow and develop, their leader was honored as Emperor Yan and became one of the Three Emperors, demonstrating their unique influence and status in this land. And it was precisely because the Shennong clan obtained this land that Chiyou, the indigenous people of the Chiyou family, started a long-term war with them. As a member of the Nuwa clan, Chiyou spoke a different Sichuan dialect from the Shennong clan, and led 81 clans in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River, with huge power, and the confrontation with the Shennong clan shrouded the entire Jianghan Plain in the haze of war.

Shennong's is famous for its unique taste of herbs. The deeds of Shennong's master who tasted a hundred herbs were widely spread in ancient times. With his fearless spirit and deep understanding of Chinese herbal medicine, he became a great pioneer in the field of Chinese medicine. Today, we can still feel the in-depth research of Shennongshi's Chinese herbal medicine, and they have created a rich culture of Chinese medicine and made important contributions to human health.

With the passage of time, the footprints of the Shennong clan gradually walked towards the last mountain of the Jianghan Plain, and this mountain was inscribed as Shennongjia. Although the exploits of the Shennong clan were not as diverse as those of the other two emperors, and their territory was relatively small, it was precisely because of their fusion of the Chiyou clan that they incorporated the clans of the lower reaches of the Yangtze River into the Chinese territory that their achievements were unique, and they became among the three emperors.

2. The conquest and war in the Jianghan Plain

The Jianghan Plain, this place is gentle and vast, with a pleasant climate, and is a paradise for farming. The Shennong clan saw the potential of this place and embarked on a journey of conquest.

The Shennong clan was one of the Three Emperors, and they were a tribe of Di people who developed eastward along the Han River. After a short rest of hundreds of years in Shennongjia, they decided to march eastward and break into the Jianghan Plain. Relying on the Chinese tradition of farming, they developed rapidly, and eventually became the Shennong clan.

The road to conquest was not smooth for the Shennong clan, and they faced resistance from the local natives. These indigenous people are known as Chiyou and belong to the Nuwa lineage. Chiyou is a Sichuan dialect that is different from the Shennong clan, and is the leader of 81 clans in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River.

The Chiyou clan waged a long-term war with the Shennong clan. They regard the Shennong clan as an aggressor and are unwilling to give up their territory. The war has shrouded the Jianghan Plain in war and blood, and the conflict between the two sides has escalated.

The war did not break the determination of the Shennong clan. They showed tenacious combat effectiveness and indomitable spirit, and gradually conquered all corners of the Jianghan Plain with a huge army and sophisticated tactics. After one fierce battle after another, they bravely rushed to the enemy's front in pursuit of their beliefs and goals.

3. Shennong's merits and contributions

In the distant and mysterious ancient China, there was such a legendary figure who was deeply admired by later generations - Shennong. His story and exploits have been passed down to the present day, allowing us to capture those flashes of courage, wisdom and dedication in the long river of history.

Shennong, an outstanding hero who is closely connected to the natural world, is known for his courage and wisdom in tasting herbs. Imagine that in that era when medicine had not yet taken shape and diseases swept through the village like an invisible death, Shennong risked his life and tasted countless mountain and wild herbs. Every attempt may be a contest between life and death, but it is his spirit of defying hardships and dangers and having the courage to practice that has opened up a broad road to Chinese medicine for future generations. His spirit has become a beacon that illuminates the path for future generations, guiding people to explore and use nature with awe.

Although Shennong's territory is not as vast as other emperors, and his exploits are less than those of other heroes, it is undeniable that his contributions have indelible particularity. He not only inherited the influence of the god of war, but also promoted the integration of the lower reaches of the Yangtze River and the Chinese nation, greatly expanding the territory and cultural influence of the Chinese nation. With his efforts, a more unified one.

First, the diversified civilization map has gradually unfolded, injecting new vitality and possibilities into the development of Chinese civilization.

The image of Shennong was elevated among the Three Emperors and became a noble representative figure in Chinese history. In his legend, we see a leader's concern for the people, an explorer's quest for knowledge, and a hero's contribution to the nation. His legacy has become a valuable historical treasure that has inspired generations to commit themselves to the quest for innovation and ingenuity, giving birth to abundant fruits even in the most inhospitable and difficult lands.

Shennong's name and his endless contributions are forever engraved in the hearts of the sons and daughters of China like green mountains and green waters, reminding the world not to forget the long-standing wisdom and courage.

Fourth, the accent is the best map

In this vast land, language is not only a bridge of communication, but also a unique map. China, as a multi-ethnic country with a long history, has a rich and diverse variety of dialects, which are like bright stars dotted in the country's linguistic universe. Although there are many types of dialects, if we take a closer look, we will find that they are mainly grouped into four major language families: Sichuan, Guanzhong, Nanyue, and Northeastern. Each dialect is a microcosm of the culture and history of a region, and they carry the memories and emotions of the land, both ancient and modern.

Walking through the bustling city or wandering through the soft country roads, the accent ringing in your ears is like a wise man, silently telling the story of the bygone years. Although thousands of years of vicissitudes have passed, and the torrent of history has swept through countless changes and evolutions, some things are still stubbornly rooted. Just like the accent, it not only records the way people lived, but it also reveals the spheres of influence of history.

Those ancient voices, like the keys of time, unlock the doors of history. We can even trace the veins of ancient civilizations through one or two specific pronunciations. In the case of the Nuwa system, there are two very interesting and significant criteria to judge. First of all, it is the pronunciation of the word "street". When you hear people pronounce the word "jie" as the soft "gai" instead of the northern "jiejie", you have already stepped into the territory of Nuwa culture. Secondly, those places that like to eat chili peppers are also areas with strong cultural influence in Nuwa. The spicy taste not only brings people a taste impact, but also conveys the enthusiasm and vitality of the ancient ethnic groups of this land.

Accent, the best map, does not need precise coordinates, nor does it need ornate ornaments, it simply and directly tells us: no matter where we go, history always accompanies us. Every dialect is a journey, an exploration, a history. Sailing through these seas of language allows us to hold our breath and listen to the long-lost voices that lead us to discover the difference of every inch of land and the footprints of history.

5. Spheres of influence in the Yangtze River Basin

The Yangtze River, which meanders like a giant dragon, has been the cradle of Chinese civilization since ancient times. Today, the Yangtze River basin, its sphere of influence has far beyond the downstream areas, extending to Yunnan, Guizhou, Sichuan, Chongqing, integrated into the lakes between Hunan and Hubei, extending to Guangxi, deep in the green forest, and even crossing the national border, reaching the countries of Southeast Asia. In this vast region, the Sichuan discourse system seems to have become an invisible link, closely connecting different regional cultures.

When it comes to the area shrouded by the Sichuan discourse, we have to mention the ancient and mysterious family, the Nuwa line. Nuwa, the goddess known in Chinese mythology and legend for her great deeds of shaping people and mending the sky, together with her brother Fuxi, has become one of the most worshiped and respected ancestors of the Chinese nation. The Yangtze River Basin, a land of countless legends, is also part of the Nuwa lineage, where people have been proud for their cultural heritage dating back to such noble ancestors.

Today, whether it is the rivers flowing between every mountain and river, or the Sichuan dialect that naturally flows out of people's daily communication, they all tell the story of the descendants of Nuwa in this land in a unique way. They have not only witnessed the passing of prosperity, change and rebirth one after another, but also silently carried the eternal inheritance of the Nuwa lineage, thus crossing the long river of history and arriving at us now.

Today, the Yangtze River basin is still centered on the Sichuan discourse system, surrounding this river of life, maintaining ancient cultural ties, and letting the undercurrent of the Nuwa system trickle in the depths of the years. No matter how time flies, the cultural heritage and influence of the Yangtze River basin have always remained unchanged.

6. The relationship between Shennong and Sanxingdui civilization

When we flipped through the yellowed historical chapters of the years, we were able to get a glimpse of the interweaving of ancient wisdom and mythology, among which the image of Shennong and the mysterious light of Sanxingdui civilization particularly attracted our attention and thinking. Shennong, the Shennong who tasted a hundred herbs, with his deep understanding of herbal medicine and agricultural innovation, left a valuable legacy for the development of the Chinese nation. Not far from his time, the Sanxingdui civilization that appeared in Shu showed us another side of the ancient period with its amazing cultural relics.

History is important not only because it helps us understand the past, but also because it has shaped our society today. It can be seen from the Shennong and Sanxingdui civilizations that the cultures of different historical periods delivered to each other, and achieved the Shang, Zhou and even later Chinese civilizations, which is a seemingly broken but closely connected historical chain. The discovery of historical and cultural sites such as Shennong and Sanxingdui not only enriches our understanding of ancient civilizations, but also makes us begin to think about the significance of ancient history in contemporary times.

For people of our time, paying attention to the civilization of Shennong and Sanxingdui and tracing the origin of ancient history is not only an academic exploration, but also a spiritual journey to find their roots and ask their ancestors. To understand our roots is to understand the ancient world that has created the essence of today's Chinese culture, which can help us find the source of the national spirit from the depths of history, so as to better shape ourselves and respond to the future.

Set off the dusty annals of history, follow the footsteps of the ancestors, and set your sights on those ancient civilizations of Qionglou Yuyu. Activate the imprints of glory and wisdom, unearth the treasures that have been deposited in the depths of history, and let them become the lights that illuminate our progress. In this era of rapid change, we should cherish and inherit those ancient and precious histories, continue the vitality of Chinese civilization, and let the glory of history continue to shine in the future.
