This pre-conference course is dedicated to those interested in performing a detailed transmeridian and abdominal ultrasound examination of patients with endometriosis and adenomyosis, with the aim of identifying and classifying the extension of this complex disease before begining**. Knowing exactly how severe the disease is can prepare a targeted approach, including medical, reproductive, and surgical options. Surgery can be considered interdisciplinary, instrumental, informed consent, and duration of intervention based on pre-diagnosis.
