Cai Shuying, a CIMA knight, and his entourage came to the No. 2 Middle School of Changqing Township, Fularji District, Qiqihar, Heilongjiang Province, to distribute public welfare to poor girls. These bursaries are not enough to support them to study for a lifetime, but at least they can see the hope for the future and the direction of their continuous efforts.

CIMA Knight Li Huicheng and his entourage issued grants to poor students in Qiqiharnehe City, Heilongjiang Province. The representative of the sponsored girls said that they must study hard in the future and be a useful person to society.
