1. Introduction to the comprehensive gymnasium
Among the gymnasiums that have been built at home and abroad, comprehensive gymnasiums account for the vast majority.
Since the comprehensive gymnasium can carry out most sports, such as: basketball, volleyball, handball, badminton, gymnastics, fencing, etc.;According to its multi-functional requirements, it has high requirements for sound quality in the venue.
Its acoustic design index should be based on the sound quality requirements of various sports items, and the sound quality should be determined according to the higher sound quality of each function.
Second, the design basis
1) "Acoustic Design and Measurement Regulations for Stadiums".
2) Code for the Design of Sports Buildings
3) "Acoustic Environment Quality Standards".
4) Code for Sound Insulation Design of Civil Buildings
5) "Building Sound Insulation Evaluation Standards".
3. Main acoustic technical indicators
Reverberation time
Since the vast majority of sports can be played in the multi-sports complex, the reverberation time in the competition hall of the multi-sports hall should be suitable for the requirements of most competitions.
According to the "Acoustic Design and Measurement Regulations for Stadiums" JPJ T 131-2012, when the frequency is 500Hz-1000Hz, the full reverberation time of the competition hall of different volumes should meet the requirements of Table 1.
The gymnasium adopts the architectural form of connecting the competition hall and the rest hall, and it is necessary to carry out a certain sound absorption treatment in the rest hall to ensure that the reverberation time of the rest hall is close to the reverberation time of the competition hallOtherwise, there will be a large difference in the reverberation time between the lounge and the competition hall, which will have a coupling effect and affect the acoustic environment of the competition hall.
Background noise
According to the provisions of the "Regulations for Acoustic Design and Measurement of Stadiums" JPJ T 131-2012, when the VIP lounge, sound reinforcement control room, commentator's room and broadcast room of the stadium competition hall or stadium are unoccupied, under the normal operation conditions of ventilation, air conditioning and lighting equipment, the indoor background noise limit should comply with the provisions of Table 2.

4. Acoustic design
The size of the gymnasium varies according to the design concept.
Generally, the stadium is larger, and the sound reinforcement system is mostly used, and there is no need to consider the natural sound, and the acoustic design of the comprehensive hall is characterized by ensuring the clarity of the language, and other functions can be improved and beautified through the sound reinforcement system.
The main design contents are the setting of the reverberation time of the competition hall, the elimination of acoustic defects such as echo, the control of background noise, and the acoustic treatment of each auxiliary room.
Acoustic treatment measures should be treated differently according to the form, volume, cost and configuration of the sound reinforcement system of the comprehensive gymnasium. The main treatment measures are as follows:
(1) Sound quality design
Top of the Tournament Hall
The top of the gymnasium is the best place for sound absorption processing, so it is necessary to make full use of the top of the stadium competition hall to do strong sound absorption processing and control the reverberation time.
Generally, the top of the stadium can use the sound-absorbing ceiling, but the sound-absorbing performance of the sound-absorbing ceiling is far less than the space sound-absorbing body, it is recommended to use the OACOUSTI-strengthened glass fiber board surface spraying AGG sound-transmitting coating, light weight, large sound absorption, high flame retardant grade.
The wall of the competition hall
The auditorium has a large volume of each seat, and the parts of the wall that can be used for sound absorption are limitedTherefore, in the acoustic design, the wall should make good use of sound absorption.
Perforated or porous sound-absorbing materials can be used on the wall to absorb medium and high frequency sound energy, and a cavity is used at the rear to absorb low-frequency sound energy, and the cavity can be filled with glass wool or not.
Rostrum, referee's seat
In order to ensure that the rostrum and referee's bench have sufficient language clarity and are not affected by sound defects such as obvious echoes and flutter echoes, the walls around the rostrum and referee's bench in the gymnasium should be treated with sound absorption.
Floor of the competition hall
The ground is arranged according to the requirements of the playing field.
Ancillary room treatment
Commentators' rooms, broadcasting rooms, sound amplification control rooms, VIP lounges and private rooms and other auxiliary rooms should be combined with decoration and arrangement of sound-absorbing materials for sound-absorbing treatment.
(2) Commonly used [sound absorption] materials
Kaufman polysand sound-permeable decorative coating, polysand sound-absorbing board, aggSeamless acoustic panelsaggSound-permeable coating, reinforced glass fiber sound-absorbing board, composite sound-absorbing soft package, etc
(3) Commonly used [sound insulation] materials
Gypsum board, calcium silicate board, damping composite sound insulation board, sound insulation through reasonable structure.
(4) Other matters needing attention
The walls of the competition hall of the stadium are equipped with scoreboards and some other large area walls, which are easy to produce strong reflections or echoes without sound absorption treatment, and these walls should be treated with sound absorption.
The low walls and grandstand railings around the playing field are generally parallel and hard planes, which are prone to echoes and fluttering echoes, and the sound-absorbing structures can be set on the low walls and grandstand railings around the playing field to eliminate possible sound defects.
Some gymnasium stands have deep canopies, and the sound attenuation will be slower in the depths of the canopy, which will affect the clarity of the sound reinforcement system, so it is advisable to carry out sound absorption treatment in the canopy.
