In 1992, after graduating from junior high school, I failed to be admitted to the technical secondary school, and I was depressed for a long time. But I didn't want to waste three years of my youth, so I decided to teach myself. Although my family's financial situation is difficult, I am reluctant to deprive my sister and brother of their right to study. So I approached the homeroom teacher of the junior high school and asked her to study on her own, and I got her support. With the goal in mind, I made a strict study plan and improved my grades by reviewing the exam papers. My mother saw my progress and borrowed 300 yuan for me to repeat my junior high school year.

I studied hard in the second semester of my third year of junior high school, and I almost forgot to sleep and eat. During the exam, I found that I had done well and was full of confidence. On the day of the release of the results, I checked my results and found that I had a good chance of being admitted to the secondary school. I was so happy with the news that I told my mom the good news. Although my sister did not pass the exam, she also supported me to continue to study hard. My father and mother were also happy that I was admitted to the secondary school.

After graduating from secondary school, I was confused for a while, and it was not easy to find a job, especially in an ordinary peasant family. I didn't want to be an ordinary worker, so I thought about it and decided to try my hand at becoming a substitute teacher. I have been a substitute teacher for several years, and I have never had the opportunity to become a regular teacher. My decision was not understood by the villagers, but I persevered.

In 2004, I decided to go to the city to study junior college classes in order to seek more job opportunities. On the recommendation of the school, I became a substitute teacher and tried my best to teach and educate people. However, there are not many opportunities to become a regular teacher, and I don't want to be a teacher for the rest of my life. By chance, I got a teacher's suggestion to go to the city to study in a junior college class, so that I could have more opportunities to become a regular in the future. I decided to take the opportunity and spent all my savings to sign up for the exam. After hard work, I finally succeeded in getting a position as a public teacher in 2007.

After moving from a substitute teacher to a regular public teacher, I continued to study and work hard. I strongly believe in the power of education and want to have a positive impact on students. I lead by example, study and teach hard, and try my best to give more help and guidance to my students. I gradually gained recognition and respect from my colleagues and students.

During my years as a teacher, I have worked hard to cultivate students' learning and thinking skills, so that they are full of interest and thirst for knowledge. I have organized various school activities, led students to participate in various competitions, and achieved many excellent results. I also actively participate in the school's training and teaching and research activities to continuously improve my teaching skills.

Through these years of hard work, I have received some achievements and honors in the field of education. I have been named an outstanding teacher at the school level and have received many commendations at the municipal and district levels. These honors have strengthened my determination and confidence in teaching.

I have always believed in the power of education and that every student has the potential and opportunity to achieve their dreams. I am willing to do my best for each student and give them the best education and care. I hope to play a greater role in education and create a better learning environment and opportunities for students.

My dream is to become a good educator and achieve something in the world of education. I hope to continue to improve my teaching skills, continue to learn and innovate, and contribute to the growth and success of students. I also hope to influence more people, let more people understand the importance of education, and jointly contribute to the development of education.

I pursued a career in education, and although it was a difficult start, I never gave up. I believe that as long as you put in the hard work and struggle, study hard and forge ahead, you will be able to achieve your dreams. I will always stick to my original intention, make unremitting efforts for the cause of education, and bring more hope and light to students.
